“The 6ix” ( 1:23) juvenile slang term for Toronto (I do not recommend using this word even in everyday conversation, but it is important to understand)
A glance ( 2:15)= a look into something
“The GTA” (3:01) The Greater Toronto Area
Stunning ( 4:28)= surprising in this case; amazingly beautiful
“ A hick” slang (4:40)= someone from the countryside
To be revered (6:22)= to be seen as
An understatement (6:35)= something that is unestimated
To take place (8:08)= occur
A spur (9:25)= a sudden and short lived increase
On the whole (9:30)= overall
